Refund Policy

1. Overview

The Claritecture Method is a digital course operated by Claritecture Studio Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

2. 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. This applies to:

  • The Claritecture Method (Tier 1 - Course only)
  • The Claritecture Method (Tier 2 - Course + AI Guide)

Important: If you request immediate access to the course upon purchase and begin accessing content during the 14-day period, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund to reflect the content you have accessed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of these methods:

Please include your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are generally not provided for one-time course purchases. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the course
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Course content not as described
  • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

5. AI Guide Subscriptions (Tier 2)

If you purchased Tier 2 (Course + AI Guide), the AI Guide component operates as a subscription:

  • You can cancel your AI Guide subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle
  • You retain access to the AI Guide until the end of your current billing period
  • Your course access (lifetime) is not affected by AI Guide cancellation

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

If the digital content does not meet the standards required by law (of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
